Hi,
I''m building a 3v 5/9 wooden dome using no hubs (with the angles cut directly on the ends of the struts).
Following the instructions from a book I have, I made arrow head angles on the end of the struts like in this picture taken from domekits:
The book simply says that the arrow angle at the end of a strut must be 60° if it is involved in a hexagonal connection and 72° if involved in a pentagonal one. Which makes sense for the polygones involving similar struts.
However, the 3V dome base being "not regular" I couldn''t conceive this information to be true for the hexagonal connexion involving 3 different kinds of struts. (the RGB hub in the first picture from this post):

Could someone tell me the real value of theses angles?
Thank you very much,

Boris Marique.
PS: excuse my english I tried to be as clear as possible.
