| I''m trying to find how to get the angle on the edge of the struts so that I can make a hubless goedome greenhouse. Wondering HOW to get the angle on the board (just rip a 2x4 at an angle??) and what the angle is that needs to be set at?? Thanks! | |

| I am working the same problem, but I am looking to have SIP's made for the panels. I found a web site called web.comhem.se/ p12dome/ calculator.html He works this out (don't know how good of a job he does as I haven't built yet) | |

| Hey guys, I just modelled a dome using the info from that calculator link. I ended up with a few small gaps but as long as you've got a degree of flex in your chosen material then it shouldn't be enough to cause a problem. Just need to backwards engineer the figures now to see how they were worked out!! (ps. image upload wasn't working) Phill | |
