What type of dome is this? It''s a radar dome from here - www.nssl.noaa.gov/projects/pardemo/.

It looks like a truncated 4 frequency, look at the small pentagons. I think modern footballs have a similar geometry, instead of a set of hexagons between the pentagons they have two mirror polygons, I'll do a diagram just a minute...
